Comcast Media Center to launch Tribeca Film VOD

Comcast Media Center, a subsidiary of Comcast Cable, has been named one of the service providers for video on demand delivery of Tribeca Film's national distribution platform. CMC will launch a branded Tribeca Film VOD offering on April 21, in conjunction with the Tribeca Film Festival's opening day. The CMC reaches more than 90% of the U.S.'s top cable system operators. The offerings include 12 feature titles, both dramas and documentaries, and will be available for a minimum of 60 days. Docs include '30 for 30' BMX doc The Birth of Big Air, Brian Hill's Climate of Change and Julien Nitzberg's The Wild and Wonderful Whites of West Virginia.
