Zodiak acquires three series ahead of MIPTV

Zodiak Entertainment Distribution has acquired three new series and will launch them at MIPTV. New MTV reality series Hired is available as both format and a 20 x 30-minute finished show, set to debut in the U.S. in May 2010. The series follows recent college grads going on their first job interview, with expert coaching. Mock The Week is the long running comedy panel show produced by Angst productions for the UK BBC2. The series will make its debut at MIPTV this year. Lastly, Love Productions' Tower Block of Commons is available as both a 4 x one-hour finished program and format. The Channel 4 factual reality show follows willing Members of Parliament from each of the major political parties as they leave their comfortable lives behind for an eight day and night stay at council tower blocks in some of Britain's most deprived neighborhoods. The MPs come face-to-face with the gangs, immigration, drug addiction, poverty, crime and unemployment that affect the neighborhood.
