In the eight-week competition series, Buddy 'Cake Boss' Valastro looks for the best upcoming baker to work alongside him in Carlo's Bakery. Valastro and family members challenge 10 pastry chefs with business and cake artistry tests. The series from High Noon Entertainment begins December 6.
