‘Masterchef’ gets picked up in eight markets

Shine International has announced that cooking format Masterchef has been picked up in eight new international markets. Shine closed sales with New Zealand's TV One, Romania's PRO TV, Greece's MEGA, and Fremantle Asia in territories including Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Singapore. In addition, Shine Group's Rubicon has been commissioned by Norway's TV3 to produce a Norwegian version of the show. Masterchef is the number one cooking format in the UK where it has been produced by Shine TV since 2005.
