According to reports, Zodiak Entertainment is in talks to purchase RDF Media Group. Currently, the two companies have De Agostini Group in common, as De Agostini has a majority share in Zodiak and a 25% share in RDF. RDF is one of the UK's largest production groups with companies such as The Foundation TV Productions, IWC Media, Presentable, Radar, Touchpaper Television and RDF Television on its roster. RDF is responsible for programs such as Secret Millionaire, How the Other Half Lives and Location Location Location. Zodiak has over 30 production companies under its banner and an international distribution network based in London and Paris. The deal is expected to be finalized in March or April.
