TLC asks September Films for more ‘Mall Cops’

DCD Media-owned September Films has been commissioned to follow up the one-off special Mall Cops: Mall Of America that aired on TLC in October with a 12 x 30-minute series for TLC's early 2010 schedule. The original pilot drew 1.3 million viewers to the special about mall cops in The Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota. The series is worth $2 million and will be the third American series that September Films is currently producing, alongside season seven of Bridezillas (25 x one-hour) for WEtv, and season two of The Exterminators (20 x 30-minute) for A&E.
