Jon Gosselin has filed a countersuit against TLC, the network that aired the show about Gosselin and his family, Jon & Kate Plus 8. After TLC sued Gosselin for breach of contract, Gosselin has filed his own suit claiming that the network violated child labor laws and took advantage of his family. He also claims his search for employment is hindered by the paparazzi and media interest that came from TLC's reality show.
