Jillian Michaels to star in Biggest Loser spin-off

A new NBC project is emerging from the reality show juggernaut that is The Biggest Loser. Losing It with Jillian pairs up the personal trainer who made her mark on TV via Loser with celeb chef Curtis Stone. The show, set to begin production in December via Michaels' Empowered Media and Reveille, puts Michaels and Stone in the homes of different families where they'll teach the participants how to live healthier lifestyles. Michaels and manager Giancarlo Chersich will serve as exec producers, as well as Ellen Rakieten (Oprah, The Marriage Ref) and Reveille's Howard T. Owens and Mark Koops. The net has ordered eight eps of the show.
