Edinburgh International TV Festival picks advisory chair for 2010

The MediaGuardian Edinburgh International Television Festival has chosen the chair for its 2010 advisory committee. Deborah Turness, editor of ITV News, will take on the role, which incorporates spearheading the editorial direction of the Festival's content, commissioning session ideas, and overseeing final production. The Festival will take place from August 27 to August 29.
