UKTV announces it has acquired the rights to series six through 16 of motoring magazine show Fifth Gear from All3Media International. Originally produced by North One Television for Five, Fifth Gear is has performed well on UKTV's male-skewing irreverent channel Dave, reaching an adult audience of 13.4 million viewers. The deal was negotiated by UKTV's content acquisitions manager Alexandra Finlay and All3Media's VP international sales Lisa Thompson.
