DCD secures ABC TV deal for ‘Blast Lab’

UK-based distributor DCD Rights announces it has secured a deal with ABC TV Australia for Richard Hammond's Blast Lab. Under the deal the Australian public broadcaster has acquired 52x30-minute episodes of the September Films series produced in associated with Hamster's Wheel Productions for CBBC. This follows recent acquisitions deals with TVB Hong Kong, TVNZ New Zealand and Universal DVD in the UK. The science-based game show will air on ABC TV in 2010.
