Optomen International's BBC TWO series, What to Eat Now, has stirred up a wealth of interest from territories around the world, including RTL2 in Germany, Filmlux in the Netherlands, Cuisine TV in France and Paprika in Hungary, Czech and Slovakia. BBC Global acquired the first series for its feeds in Poland, Scandinavia, the Middle East and Africa along with YLE in Finland and XYZ Australia. Lastly, Cuisine TV in France has picked up What to Eat Now: Summer. Secondary UK rights for the first series have been snapped up by UKTV and Acorn Media has sealed the deal for the rights to distribute the UK DVD.
