The Guardian reports that TalkbackThames, the prodco behind both X Factor and Britain's Got Talent, is offering more psychological support in light of the criticism the show received for Susan Boyle's collapse and admission to a private clinic. All contestants will receive psychological appraisals and a psychologist will be on set.
