TLC has announced that Jon & Kate Plus 8 season premiere scored a lot of eyeballs on August 3. The second episode that aired that night was the number one telecast in ratings and delivery, beating all of broadcast and ad-supported cable among W18-49, W18-34 and P18-34. In all, four million viewers tuned in for the 9 p.m. episode and 4.2 million watched the 9:30 p.m. show.
