German TV producer Christian Bauer, founder and CEO of Tangram Filmproduktion, passed away on July 27 at the age of 61 from a heart attack. The successful TV producer was best known for 2004's The Ritchie Boys, about an American elite intelligence unit during WWII that used German-born emigres, and 2001's Missing Allen, about Bauer's colleague Allen Ross, an American cameraman who mysteriously disappeared.
