New acquisitions SVP at Ion Media Networks

ION Media Networks has named Kristine Hunsinger to the post of senior vice president, planning, scheduling and acquisitions. Hunsinger was most recently with Lifetime Television, and since 2006 she was its Vice President, Scheduling and Acquisitions. 'Having worked with Kristine, I know firsthand just how talented, perceptive and creative she is,' said Leslie Chesloff, executive vice president, programming, ION Media Networks. 'She has a tremendous instinct for spotting impactful programming and knows how to put together a schedule that will achieve outstanding results.'
