Endemol's executive director of scripted programming and distribution Caroline Torrance is stepping down in September, after the restructuring of Endemol's distribution business following the acquisition of Southern Star International in January. Former Southern Star International chief executive Cathy Payne has been named chief executive of the integrated distribution business.
