ION Media Networks has named Brett Jenkins vice president, technology. The company develops the technology that enables network program content to be viewed on mobile devices. Jenkins will support ION's development and evaluation of advanced television technology business models. He will also oversee the strategic and logistical direction and implementation of digital television and mobile programs.
