FremantleMedia Enterprises has announced it has acquired a stake in independent production company Wide-Eyed Entertainment. The deal involves a three year, first-look development deal with Wide-Eyed Entertainment, which specializes in high-end, graphics-based programming and will distribute the producer's output internationally and manage brand extension initiatives.
