The Globe and Mail reports that Canadian networks are expecting one of the worst years yet for the Canadian TV industry, thanks to the recession. In reports to the federal broadcast regulator, CTVglobemedia Inc. does not expect revenues to return to normal in the long-term, even after the recession is over.
