Raw Cut TV announces the appointment of Phil Ward as development producer. Ward has experience producing and directing factual programs for ITV, C4, C5, Nat Geo and Sky One. In his new role at the factual prodco Ward will be responsible for exploring new areas of factual and adding to the existing portfolio of blue-light returning formats.
