Cream expands management

Cream is bumping up its management team with the appointment of Mark Carter as Director of Operations, Kate Harrison as head of production and Stephen Milton as creative director, science and history programming. Both Carter and Milton have been promoted from within Cream; Carter comes from his previous position as head of production and Milton will continue his previous position, senior producer, while taking on this new role.
