Tern Television has added three to its staff. Fraser Brown, formerly of RDF Media, has been named features format development specialist; Helen Quinn comes from the BBC to join as specialist factual developer; and Colin Cameron, ex Head of documentary features at the BBC, has come on board to support assorted projects as an exec producer.
