Nebraska's PBS station, NET Television, names Terry Dugas manager of content distribution. Dugas will be responsible for programming NET's video and digital content streams and service and will report to assistant general manager for content David Feingold. Prior to this move Dugas served as manager of the Interactive Media Group and Learning Services for NET. For more, see the release.
