MTV Networks International has announced the launch of the first ever international HD service dedicated to music and kids, MTVNHD (MTV Networks High Definition). The channel will premiere on Monday, 15 September 2008 and will be available in Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Poland and Sweden.
