Atlas Media (New York): Jessica Winchell-Morsa is the new manager of programming for the indie documentary and reality prodco. In this role, she will develop new series and specials. Winchell-Morsa was most recently managing producer at Michael Hoff Productions, where she was responsible for such programs as Court TV's I, Detective and The Travel Channel's World's Best - Top Ten Travel.
