Electric Sky has announced a slew of new programs it has added to its slate, including current affairs, history and lifestyle programming. The UK-based distributor has picked up Customs 3 a 12x30-minute series by Favourite Films for Nine Australia that follows the relationship between sniffer-dogs and their handlers. Electric Sky already distributes seasons one and two of the series and the third season, which is in the early stages of production, is available for pre-sale. Electric Sky has also picked up a BBC World News programs Working Lives: Human Traffic and Alvin's Guide to Good Business. Working Lives, produced by Moon Beam Films, looks at the experiences of people who have been forced into human trafficking while Alvin's Guide, produced by Rockhopper Productions, follows business veteran Alvin Hall as he travels the world advising socially conscious entrepreneurs how to make their enterprises more effective. Finally, Electric Sky has also picked up Wink, Meet, Delete: An Insider's Guide to Internet Dating by award winning documentarian Sue Bourne. The one hour doc special looking into the Internet dating phenomenon and what it's doing to people and relationships. Wink, Meet, Delete was made for BBC Scotland.
