UK indie Raw Cut has announced it will be producing a series of short docs with Greenpeace at this year's Glastonbury Festival. The prodco will be making at least six one-minute films highlighting the activity at the Greenpeace field, which is rainforest themed and features a Cloud Forest Canopy with zip-line, a forest-friendly skate ramp, the Earth Dome stage and the Grove relaxation area where attendees can watch Greenpeace's forest news and film channel Ape TV. The films will also feature other Greenpeace activity at the festival including a mass 'wedding' of over 400 people and the fest's eco showers which are powered by the sun and eco fuels. Some early edits will be screened at the event while the final films will run on Greenpeace's website. The shorts will be directed by Bill Rudgard, with Hugo Ward on camera and Dan Wilkes handling the on-site editing for Raw Cut.
