A reality hitmaker for Hulu and more

As vice president of unscripted series for Walt Disney Television, Joseph has helped lead the development of the unscripted series slate for Disney-owned streamer Hulu and also helps lead current and/or development efforts for dozens of unscripted series across Hulu, Freeform and ABC.

A veteran of the team that helped creatively oversee the record-breaking launches of unscripted hits like The Kardashians and The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, Joseph developed Vanderpump Villa (which is about to launch its second season), worked on season two of the Emmy-nominated Taste the Nation with Padma Lakshmi and is also helping spearhead the upcoming reboot of Project Runway for Freeform. What change would you like to help create in the industry?

These creators do an amazing job crafting compelling narratives that continue to entice audiences year-after-year. The work they do requires incredible skill, and I'd love to see them be celebrated more."
