Managing the Mouse's reality juggernauts

As VP of unscripted series for Walt Disney Television, Silverman manages development and current production for unscripted series across various networks in the Disney portfolio, ranging from linear (ABC and Freeform) to streaming (Hulu). Over the past year, she shepherded the return of Dancing with the Stars to ABC following its one-season run on Disney+, while also overseeing four iterations of the massive Bachelor franchise, including its latest hit spin-offs, The Golden Bachelor and The Golden Bachelorette. She's kicked off 2025 by bringing the reboot of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition to air on ABC and Hulu. BW
