Lily Neumeyer, most recently with MTV Networks, has come to A&E as VP of non-fiction and alternative, reporting to department SVP Robert Sharenow.

At MTV, Neumeyer worked in both U.S. and Hispanic markets and was heavily involved with the launch of MTV Tr3s, a channel aimed at Latino youth in the U.S. Prior to that, she was director of development at MTV News and Docs where she created and produced My Super Sweet 16 and the doc series Juvies.

“Lily has a great reputation for having her finger on the pulse of the industry,” said Sharenow in a statement. “Her experience in nonfiction programming and her expertise in hands-on production make her a valuable asset for A&E as we continue to expand the depth and quality of our original unscripted programming lineup.”
