The Columbia, Missouri-based True/False Film Festival is searching for fresh and exciting voices in documentary for its ninth edition, taking place from March 1-4, 2012.

Besides celebrating non-fiction works, festival organizers are also looking for “works that tiptoe, or perhaps demolish, the line separating fact and fiction.”

Interested filmmakers can apply at https://truefalse.org/submit. The early bird deadline is August 1, ahead of the regular deadline on October 7. The late deadline is November 7, while those who submit via online application submission service withoutabox.com can take advantage of an extended deadline, December 7, 2011.
