ITV Studios Global Entertainment seals more format deals

Come Dine with Me, Dancing on Ice and Four Weddings will be locally produced in various new territories.

ITV Studios Global Entertainment, the international distribution arm for ITV Studios, has sold three of the producer’s top formats into new territories.

Come Dine with Me has been commissioned by Nelonen Media (Finland), BTV (Lithuania), TV3 (Latvia) and IBA Channel 1 (Israel), putting the format into 34 countries. Gil Productions in Israel will produce the format locally, while Big Adventure will produce the format in Lithuania, and Santa TV in Latvia. Nelonen and FremantleMedia will coproduce the format in Finland.

Dancing on Ice has been commissioned by Greece’s Antenna TV, which puts it in 14 territories.¬†The broadcaster¬†has picked up 13 episodes with ENA to produce the local version.

Romania’s Pro TV has picked up Four Weddings for summer 2012, which puts this format into 17 territories. It will be produced by Media Pro Entertainment, part of Central European Media Enterprise.
