U.S. cable network History has given T Group Productions’ Invention USA a November 28 airdate.

The eight-part series, first unveiled during History’s upfront early last year, stars inventors Scotty Ziegler and ReichartĀ Von Wolfsheild as they search for the next brilliant invention.

The two hosts come together from different worlds, Ziegler is a product designer and self-proclaimed human crash test dummy, while Von Wolfshield is a scientist and engineer. Together they test each invention, which includes a new eating utensil andĀ a floating survival pod, to see which one has a shot with a manufacturer.

Matthew Ginsburg is the executive producer for History, while the executive producers for T Group are Jenny Daly, Mike Duffy and Rob Dorfmann.
