USA Network has picked up its fourth reality series, Summer Camp (w/t), from Big Brother producers Allison Grodner and Rich Meehan, and premiering in the summer.

The eight-part series will follow 16 adults who compete in games inspired by camp, ending with an Olympic style event, “Campathalon.”

It will join USA Network’s current reality slate, which includes USA: The Moment, a series that gives nine people the chance to rediscover their dream career; The Choir, based on the UK series; and criminal defense attorney docuseries Partners in Crime.

Fly on the Wall Entertainment has been tapped to produce Summer Camp, in association with Sony Pictures Television.

“This series marries a fun, energizing and nostalgic concept with quirky characters, who will captivate our viewers, as they attempt to reclaim – or perhaps reinvent – their youth,” said Heather Olander, SVP of alternative programming for USA Network, in a statement. “Our audience will be transported back to some of their best summer moments.”
