Unscripted prodco Sharp Entertainment (Doomsday Preppers, Extreme Couponing) is expanding into Europe, creating London-based Sharp UK and naming Amelia Pulsford as director of content.

The Core Media Group-owned firm is behind shows including Property Wars, Bad Ink, The Fabulous Life and Doomsday Castle.

Pulsford has worked for Sharp Entertainment for three years in the U.S., serving as a producer on Fortune Diggers and Punkin Chunkin. She has also served as a producer on Bear Grylls: Escape from Hell and Car vs. Wild for Discovery International.

In her new role, Pulsford will report directly to Sharp Entertainment CEO Matt Sharp and will work closely with Core Media Group’s UK‐based international team, led by Simon Shaps.

“Having worked with us for three years and across a wide range of our key shows, Amelia has the experience and is the perfect person to translate the Sharp brand to the UK,” said Matt Sharp.
