W Network and BBC America have given Temple Street Productions a full season order for Million Dollar Critic, in which British food critic and broadcaster Giles Coren goes in search of a North American restaurant worthy of a rave review.

The one-hour doc series, originally developed for W, will shoot in both the U.S. and Canada. BBC America came on board after Orphan Black, also from Temple Street, became a breakout hit in the U.S.

The series, which will debut on both networks in 2014, sees the restaurant critic dining and doling out food advice as he goes in search of authentic cuisine. The winning restaurant he visits will be graced with his rave international review.

“It’s great to partner with Temple Street again and we’re thrilled to finally have a project with Giles Coren, combining his expertise as a journalist with his love of food and travel,” said Richard De Croce, senior VP of programming at BBC America, in a statement.
