Realscreen‘s parent company Brunico Communications is launching the website and daily newsletter StreamDaily today (February 4).

The publication covers the world of online video and streaming entertainment, including deals between digital content producers and buyers, evolving business models and audiences trends. The site and newsletter will focus on “successful digital projects and innovative, original, web TV content,” according to the Toronto-based company.

The launch follows last summer’s inaugural Stream conference and marketplace, which took place the day before Realscreen West in Santa Monica, California.

“The pace of change and disruption led by the online video industry has accelerated to the point where a dedicated source for news and insight is vital to help put everything in context,” said StreamDaily publisher Russell Goldstein in a statement. “A daily publication is simply the next logical step for this brand.”
