Red Arrow International-owned prodco Nerd TV has hired Jeremy Lee (pictured) as executive producer in its London office.

Lee, who previously served as exec producer for UK indie Fresh One, will head up the company’s UK development slate and work to expand its catalog of factual programming.

While at Fresh One, he developed and executive produced How Hip Hop Changed the World, featuring actor Idris Elba, and How Clubbing Changed the World, both for Channel 4. His credits also include arts, formatted and observational programming such as doc strand ‘Rewind…’, Don’t Stop the Music and Notes from the Inside with James Rhodes.

Last week, National Geographic Channels International and Channel 4 announced the daredevil stunt series True Tube (or Idiot Proof in the UK) from Nerd TV.
