NBCUniversal-owned entertainment channel E! will build on the success of its plastic surgery program Botched (pictured) with an eight-episode order of the spin-off series Botched By Nature.

The series from Burbank, California’s Evolution Media is set to follow Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif on a nationwide journey as the plastic surgeons attempt to transform the lives of individuals suffering from “disproportionate body parts, birth defects or major life accidents.”

Each episode will focus on the pair of surgeons as they embed themselves in the lives of prospective patients to better understand the physical and psychological tolls they have endured. The medical professionals will weigh the potential benefits and risks of each surgery before inviting patients who are willing to publicly share their stories to travel to Los Angeles and undergo the cosmetic procedures.

The series, which is to air on E! in 2016, is exec produced by Douglas Ross, Greg Stewart, Alex Baskin, Matt Westmore, Dubrow and Nassif. Robert Carroll serves as co-executive producer.
