British format You’re Back in the Room is heading to the U.S.

American broadcaster Fox has ordered an 8 x 60-minute version of the comedy game show, set to begin production in early 2016. The program will be produced by Tuesday’s Child – makers of the original British format for ITV – in association with BBC Worldwide Productions.

The U.S. program is tentatively titled You’re Back in the Room and will find contestants challenged with such tasks as frosting a cake or painting a picture after being hypnotized.

Additional details about the American show, such as who will host, are forthcoming.

The British series debuted earlier this year with a second season set to air in 2016. The format has so far been produced in France, the Netherlands and Australia. It has been optioned in numerous international territories, including Belgium, Chile, Columbia, Germany, New Zealand and Spain, among others.

Tuesday’s Child CEO Karen Smith is exec producing You’re Back in the Room for Fox.
