Join us at Scripted this November as Sandra Dewey, president, Studio T and TBS & TNT business operations – Turner Entertainment Networks, speaks about how network deals are changing in relation to the new model of TV viewing. Dewey will also cover the complete top-to-bottom rebuilds of TBS and TNT over the past two years in their quest to reach younger audiences, feature premium programming and address the rapidly changing viewing habits that are transforming the business.

At Turner, Dewey’s role encompasses responsibility for production and business affairs for the top-rated TNT and TBS cable networks, and Turner’s new media and advertiser-sponsored initiatives. As head of Studio T, Turner’s in-house studio for TBS and TNT, she manages the operations of the studio business, an increasingly important job as both networks produce more original content.

Dewey is responsible for deals that have paved the way for TBS’ ongoing brand evolution, including Full Frontal with Samantha Bee, The Guest Book, The Detour, Angie Tribeca, People of Earth, Wrecked and Search Party. Dewey recently oversaw deals for TNT’s critically acclaimed drama series Animal Kingdom, Good Behavior, Claws and the upcoming eagerly anticipated series The Alienist. Among Dewey’s many past achievements for Turner, she served as chief negotiator on the deal to bring Conan O’Brien to TBS, brokered an innovative partnership with Turner’s international division, Turner International, to increase U.S. programming and brand reach, globally and also recently championed the new, all-inclusive, multi-platform deal with Conan & O’Brien’s Team Coco that extends the CONAN brand into additional content experiences across all screens, including digital and branded content, podcasting, mobile gaming, pay TV and live tours.

The third edition of Scripted takes place November 7-8, 2017 at the W Hollywood Hotel in Los Angeles. Capacity is limited, so don’t miss out on the chance to secure your spot now.
