British commercial broadcaster ITV has commissioned London-based producer Thames, the entertainment label of Fremantle, to produce a British version of the game show Game of Talents.

Each episode of the 7 x 60-minute format sees contestants partner with a celebrity in an attempt to uncover the surprising secret talents of eight mystery performers for a chance to win a cash prize.

Contestants must guess the performers’ hidden talent from a list of possible answers, based only on their appearance, personality and a few clues.

The format, developed by Fremantle, was introduced to international buyers at MIPTV in 2019 and is now entering its third season on Mediaset Spain (pictured).

Ashley Whitehouse executive produces on behalf of Thames. The series was commissioned by ITV’s Katie Rawcliffe, head of entertainment commissioning, and Kevin O’Brien, commissioning editor, entertainment.

Game of Talents will broadcast across ITV in 2021.
