Emmy-winning producer Religion of Sports and Facebook Watch have partnered for a docuseries about the life of Olympic gymnast Simone Biles.

Simone vs Herself, premiering this summer, will follow 19-time World Champion and four-time Olympic gold medalist Biles (pictured) — from training and appearances to life at home with her family — as she continues to pursue her sport.

The original series is the third installment of the Emmy-winning Facebook Watch Versus series, which has included Tom vs Time, about Tom Brady; and Stephen vs The Game, about Stephen Curry.

Religion of Sports co-founder Gotham Chopra serves as director and executive producer with Ameeth Sankaran also on board as EP.

Biles and Janey Miller EP for Octagon.

“Our Versus series with Facebook Watch has always been about pulling apart the elements that power the GOATs. There’s really no one in the world more apt for that description than Simone Biles – she’s in a class by herself,” Chopra said in a statement. “Facebook Watch has been an incredible partner and platform to bring this unique series to an engaged audience, and we are excited to premiere it in 2021.”
