HBO Max is growing its unscripted lineup with two new series: Fremantle and Sweet July Productions’ comedy game show Tattletales – a revival of CBS’s 1970s series — and baking competition Baketopia from B17 Entertainment.
Tattletales invites three celebrity couples to join hosts Ayesha (author, restaurateur, chef and founder of Sweet July Productions) and NBA All-Star Stephen Curry, co-founder of Unanimous Media, on an exclusive date night.
The couples will go head-to-head on uncensored relationship trivia and games, competing to see who knows their partner best.
Ayesha and Stephen (pictured) serve as executive producers with Tiffany Nicholson-Horton, EVP and head of development for Sweet July Productions, and Erick Peyton, co-founder and CCO of Unanimous Media.
Baketopia, premiering March 25, is a 12-episode series that sees bakers compete to create trendsetting deserts in hopes of impressing Rosanna Pansino, host of the YouTube series Nerdy Nummies, and her “cake council” to win US$10,000.
Pansino serves as EP. Rhett Bachner and Brien Meagher executive produce for B17 Entertainment, the creative team behind HBO Max’s Craftopia.
Patrick J. Dooty (Nailed It) serves as EPand showrunner.
