Realscreen is partnering with Staff Me Up, a production jobs database with headquarters in the U.S., for a careers listing initiative geared specifically to the unscripted production industry.

Visitors to Realscreen Careers will be able to access Staff Me Up’s database of listings covering myriad sectors of the unscripted and non-fiction production business. Staff Me Up’s jobs are widely distributed to its 360,000 users, including 100,000 who identify as historically underrepresented, and to the members of more than 45 different diversity advocacy organizations. Included in this partnership is Staff Me Up’s Concierge Service to support hiring managers with job posting and distribution to crew and vendors from historically underrepresented communities.

“At Staff Me Up, we’ve spent the past two years optimizing our software tools and services to support media companies with their diversity and inclusion efforts,” said Daniel Rosenberg, Staff Me Up’s VP of business development and strategic alliances, in a statement. “When Realscreen launched DIALOG, it presented the perfect opportunity for us to collaborate. As a result, we’re excited to power Realscreen Careers, which will include full access to Staff Me Up job opportunities.”

The job network recently launched its Coded For Inclusion initiative with media partners including AMC Networks, Endeavor Content and Michael B. Jordan’s Outlier Society Fellowship.
