Reality, documentary projects fare well at One Show Entertainment Awards

The awards ceremony, celebrating the best in branded entertainment, recognizes's Rocket Project (pictured) and the Gatorade Replay series, among other titles.

Reality and documentary projects scored big at the third annual One Show Entertainment Awards, presented by advertising industry association The One Club and held in Los Angeles.

Best of Show was awarded to Gatorade’s Replay, which airs on the Fox Sports Network. The series creates rematches between teams that faced off against each other in pivotal high school competitions. TBWA\Chiat\Day LA is the ad agency behind the series.  

A Silver Pencil in the reality/unscripted series category went to the Grey Goose-sponsored Iconoclasts, produced by in New York for Sundance Channel. A Bronze Pencil went to MTV Scratch + The Pepsi Refresh Project.

The Replay series’ first season also took a Gold Pencil in the television specials category. The Rocket Project, produced by for Sony and agency 180 LA and airing on the Science Channel, won a Silver Pencil.

In the documentary films category, Portraits of Braddock, produced for Levi’s by Wieden + Kennedy Portland and Don’t Act Big Productions, took a Gold Pencil, while Replay Season 1 took a Silver and Stephen Dupont, for Canon Australia and from Leo Burnett and Miller’s Point, took Bronze.

The awards show also includes categories in gaming, events and installations, music and online branded entertainment.
