U.S. net Spike TV is to begin airing a show about an eviction specialist called World’s Worst Tenants.

The 10 x 30-minutes reality series is produced by Zoo Productions and will debut on the male-skewing cable net on June 12. The series stars ex-Marine Todd Howard and his team of eviction specialists, business partner Rick Moore and Howard’s wife Randye, as they forcibly remove problematic tenants from the residential, commercial and retail units that they manage.

Each episode documents the eviction process and procedure as Howard and his team evacuate illegal businesses such as a fight club, a marijuana growing operation and an unlicensed cosmetic surgery clinic.

World’s Worst Tenants is produced by Barry Poznick and John Stevens of Zoo Productions. Jeff Savaiano and Chris Rantamaki serve as the executives in charge of production for Spike TV.
