Real Housewives of New Jersey producer Sirens Media has recruited Stuart Zwagil to serve as chief operating officer.

Zwagil, formerly the senior VP of 44 Blue Productions, has nearly 20 years of experience in television production. He joined 44 Blue in 2000 and was responsible for overseeing production on all of the company’s series, including Deadliest Warrior and Family Court with Judge Penny, as well as daily operations, business affairs, finance and human resources.

Prior to that, he worked as a freelance line producer and West Coast production supervisor for MTV Networks and Nickelodeon.

“Stuart’s robust background and depth of experience in all aspects of TV production made him an ideal fit for us,” said Sirens president Rebecca Toth Diefenbach in a statement. “We’re excited to have him on board as Sirens continues on its aggressive growth path.”
