Scripps Networks UK & EMEA has ordered culinary-travel series starring celebrity chefs Donal Skehan (pictured) and Ching He-Huang.

All three programs will air on the Food Network in the UK and EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa).

Irish chef and former pop star Donal Skehan will star in Follow Donal, a 10 x 30-minute show in which he accompanies food bloggers on whistle-stop tours of European cities such as Budapest, Amsterdam and Krakow.

Produced by Athena Films, the series will premiere in the fourth quarter. Skehan previously fronted the Food Network series Follow Donal… to Vietnam, which aired in April. The channel is also developing another series with Skehan that will begin production later in the year.

Food Network is also working with Ching He-Huang on the show Ching: Amazing Asia (working title). It will follow the British food writer and chef to China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Japan where she meets with chefs and learns what goes into local dishes.

Produced by Sentient Films and co-produced by Ching and her husband, Jamie Cho, the 10 x 30-minute series will air in the UK in the fourth quarter and early next year in EMEA.
